Nikolau Group Opportunities

The Nikolau group provides opportunities for scientists at all levels of development:

PhD and MS graduate assistantship opportunities are available for students to conduct their thesis research in the Nikolau lab. Because Dr. Nikolau is affiliated with a number of graduate programs, students from a wide range of majors are welcome.

Postdoctoral research associate positions are available to scientists whose research interests mesh with those of the Nikolau group.

Assistant and associate scientist positions provide opportunities to lead research sections within the lab.

Undergraduate students seeking something more than textbook learning also have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the Nikolau group.

And during the summer months, both undergraduate students and high school teachers are welcomed into the Nikolau group for several weeks of intensive research through the Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) Program and the Research Experience for Teachers (RET) Program.
